1. I live in Toronto and selected 'local delivery' when will my order arrive?
Toronto deliveries go out Mon - Sat days a week, as long as your order was submitted by 10am, it will arrive between 12pm - 5pm that day. We cannot guarantee exact timing because well, Toronto traffic!

2. When I select 'shipping', why don't get free delivery when I order 12 cans of beer?
The 'shipping' option is for orders sent via Canada Post outside of where we delivery directly.

3. I missed the delivery cut off time for Toronto, how can I get beer today?
Our brewery retail store is open Mon-Sun and you can also find us on Uber Eats and Skip the Dishes. You can also find some of our beers at the LCBO, the Beer Store and at your favourite local restaurant.

4. I would like to order beer for a friend, how can I do this?
Place your order as you normally would except, be sure to put in your friends information in the delivery address section and yours in the billing address. Please make sure to include your friends phone name and phone number so we can contact them when we arrive.

5. Do you ship outside Ontario?
You bet! For shipments outside of Ontario Canada please call us on 416-766-1616 and press 1 to speak with our Order Desk OR email orderdesk@junctioncraft.com. We would be happy to arrange proper shipping and necessary paperwork / export documents if required.
